Refunds
Due to the nature of handmade and custom cards, I do not accept returns or exchanges. For custom cards, I will connect with you on the sketch/plan before finalizing the card. I also will send you a photo of the final product before completion.

Creation and processing
- Custom cards take 2.5 - 4 weeks to create and complete (not including additional shipping time), as long as the buyer responds to confirmation of the sketch and final product within 24 hours. Rush custom orders are available upon request (for an additional fee)!
- All other cards take at 3-7 business days to create and complete

Shipping
- Free local pick up (within downtown Toronto) available
- Due to COVID-19 related-delays, shipping times are not guaranteed
- Free standard shipping within Canada: ~3-6 business days
- Free standard shipping to USA: ~4-8 business days
- Paid expedited shipping options available
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and we are not responsible for delays due to customs
