The Illustration Process

Before:

  • Please fill out the form above carefully, and provide a high quality reference image. Please provide a method of communication so I can clarify any questions I may have!
  • Trees and bushes are included, background is blank / white
  • Delivery method: You can choose your delivery method (shipping or local pick up) at check out after you add to cart. If you have chosen the digital option, make sure you choose a shipping option that is free.

During (2.5 - 5 weeks, or faster if you Prioritized your Order):

  • I lovingly bring your vision to life! I will likely check in with fun sneak peeks and any questions or input I may need from you.

After:

  • Once the house portrait is ready, I will reach out to you with the final artwork - and you let me know that you love it or how we can work to make it perfect!
  • Revisions: Each digital illustration includes complementary minor revisions - I want to make sure you love it! If more than 30 minutes of revisions are required, there will be an additional  design charge, which will be discussed in advance.

The Delivery Process

  • Digital file only - .JPG .PDF and .PNG files are sent your email
  • Card / Art print (no frame) - Ready for pick up (Downtown Toronto) or to ship to your delivery address based on your selection at check out
  • Card / Art print (with shadowbox frame) - Pick up only (Downtown Toronto)

Additional information and definitions

  • Format: You can choose whether you want your card to just be a digital file that is instantly emailed to you (to print and/or frame yourself), or a physical card/art sized print that I create and ship to you / have ready for pick up (Downtown Toronto).

Lovely Design & Excellent Service

I had B make a number of custom cards for me and it went better than I could have ever expected. The process was easy from start to finish and the results exceeded my expectation. I will be ordering more cards in the future!

It was perfect

Bianca was a pleasure to communicate with and was kind enough to make a custom size for me. I think I was an annoying customer with extra little requests but she was so sweet the entire time. Then when I received the portrait, WOW! It blew us away it, was so stunning. We gifted it to friends and they loved it. You can tell Bianca put a lot of care into the details, it is a work of art. I can't wait until the next occasion when I can order another one. Thank you!

Obsessed with the custom housewarming card!

This is my second time ordering from Queen B and she continues to deliver high quality, beautifully handmade cards. I requested to have another special feature added to the card, and she was able to bring the vision to life better than I imagined. Thank you! Can't wait to order again.

So perfect!

I ordered this for a friend’s housewarming and it was BEAUTIFUL, so well done and so creative! I was amazed at the level of detail that was captured! My friend loved it so much and plans to frame the card. This kind of custom card is such a thoughtful gift for anyone and I’m so glad I ordered one!

A truly special gift

After seeing the level of detail in the samples of custom housewarming cards online, I purchased 2 for very different homes: a condo and a house. I was so impressed with the level of unique detail captured for each home. I loved the cards so much and so did the recipients! Thank you so much for a great experience and your creative vision!
